| Unisource Apparel provides screen printing and embroidery services to schools, organizations and companies in the US. Unisource’s decision to outsource web development and marketing to SON has spelled a difference. CFO, Elmina Pangan says, “Outsourcing has created a whole new marketing channel for us. We’ve seen the benefit of having a marketing team in charge of our email campaigns, lead generation and appointment-setting.” SON created a marketing plan for Unisource in January 2008. Together with the client, SON put together a team of marketing associates who provided market research, and developed multi-channel campaigns, including graphics design. “What’s good about this whole arrangement is that I’m more comfortable discussing the company’s long-term goals because I now have dedicated and skilled personnel to handle the little details that ensure short-medium term goals are met.” |
