Customized Greeting. We greet your callers exactly the way you wanted.
Upload Voice Prompts. This feature gives you the ability to upload highly professional prerecorded voice prompts when simple recordings from your phone just won’t do.

Scheduler. Want to play different messages to callers at different times of the day? Or perhaps you want an entirely different Call Menu on weekends, with different options for your callers to choose from. Allow us to create and apply schedules that will make your phone system work for you — even when you have gone home for the day!

Phone Menu. Your phone menu can be set-up to direct calls to specific phone numbers (including mobile phones), extension groups, voicemail and general mailbox.

Multiple Sub-Menu (Multiple Auto-Attendant). Whether your call tree is as simple as a two-extension set up or a complicated one that requires several sub menus, this feature will allow your caller to locate you or your employee easily.

Name Directory. Our system comes preconfigured with a professional "spell-by-last-name" directory. Callers are simply prompted to "spell the first three letters of the party’s first or last name" and then automatically connected to the requested extension.

Unlimited Extension (For Higher Packages Only). Allow your callers to reach you or your employees directly with the unlimited extensions that we will provide you. Maximize this feature by creating information-only extensions

Extension Groups. Your organization may not be flat — meaning that some employees have responsibilities that others do not. Our new "groups" system allows you to build extension groups.

Voicemail. A Voicemail box is undeniably a must-have in every phone system. Because we, at SON Company understand this, we made sure that this feature is included in all our packages.

Voicemail-to-Email. Receive your voicemails as emails! Our system comes preconfigured to send each employee an email notifying them of new voicemail messages. Or, you can customize your extensions to attach the actual voicemail (as a .wav) to the email. No POP3, SMTP, IMAP, or Exchange configuration required!

Voicemail by Phone. Access your voicemails through home phone or mobile phone.
Voicemail Storage. Your extension comes with up to 30 days voicemail storage capacity.

Info Message. Do you get the same question from your callers every time you pick up the phone? Maximize your VR by uploading your Info Messages and let your Auto-attendant assist your callers with the information they need.

Find Me. Allow callers to find you wherever you are: on your cell phone, at home, or at a branch office, based on rules you create (with SON Agent assistance). Make FindMe work for you with various features such as a scheduler, simultaneous ringing, and privileged lists. Our new FindMe feature is even smart enough to sense when you have walked away from your desk and ring you on your cell phone.

Live Receptionists Answering. Your callers may need more than just a set of automated responses from your company. Let our live receptionist attend to your callers' need.

Live Call Screening. Refuse to take the call from certain people for certain reason, allow us to screen your calls first and just get the call you wish to spend your time on.

Call Forwarding. Depending on your requirement, your calls could be forwarded to an internal extension or external number if your primary number does not pick up.

Message Taking. Refuse to take the call or you're simply not available at the moment, let us take your caller's message for you and expect it on your email asap!

Message Forwarding. We will forward your callers to your voice mails as you wish, whenever you wish.

Caller ID Capture. Your caller's number will be automatically be registered in our system once they start calling.

Music on Hold. Our system has an unlimited playlists, giving you the ability to play different audio tracks for calls coming into different departments or queues. Use MOH creatively to highlight promotions to new customers, up sell current customers, or calm angry customers calling your support team.

Simultaneous Calls. Worried about picking up three or more calls at the same time? Allow your Virtual receptionist to handle all other calls while you focus on one call at a time.

Local Phone Number. SON will provide you a local phone number that would serve as the mainline of the other phone numbers that you wish to be used as extensions.

Toll Free Number (NOT APPLICABLE FOR FREE TRIAL). Have your own toll free number that you could publish for your business.

  1. What is a virtual receptionist?
    A virtual receptionist is a person who takes and manages your calls from a different office/location.
  2. Why should I hire a Virtual Receptionist?

  4. Do I have to give my credit card information if I only want to subscribe for the FREE Trial?
    We do not require your credit card information if you are only subscribing for a FREE Trial.
  5. What are your work hours?
    Your auto-attendant works for you 24/7. Live agents take your calls from 7am to 7pm (PST) during week days.
  6. How do I set up my voice mail?
    There are two ways in setting up your voicemails:
    1. Using your phone
      Step 1. Dial your SON assigned phone number
      Step 2. Once the system has picked up your call, press # sign.
      Step 3. When asked for your mailbox number, enter your assigned extension
      Step 4. When asked for your password, enter your assigned password
      Step 5. Follow the instructions provided by the voice prompt.
    2. With SON VR assistance
      Step 1. If you have an available recorded messages in .wav format (not more than 1.5MB), email it to sales@soncompany.com
      Step 2. We will upload your file in our system
      Step 3. We will notify you as soon as your voice prompt has been set up
  7. How do I check my voicemails?
    There are two ways in checking your voice mail:
    1. Using your phone
      Step 1. Dial your SON assigned phone number
      Step 2. Once the system has picked up your call, press # sign.
      Step 3. When asked for your mailbox number, enter your assigned extension
      Step 4. When asked for your password, enter your assigned password
      Step 5. Follow the instructions provided by the voice prompt.
    2. Using your email
      Using the email address that you provided in your Contact Details Sheet, our system will send you notifications whenever you receive new voicemail.
  8. Can I keep the number you allocated to me when I choose to unsubscribe?
    You can keep the toll free number only. This number will remain in our system for 5 days after your un-subscription. Within this period, you may port it to your new provider. SON will not be responsible for preserving your number after the provided days.
  9. How long does an average call last?
    30 seconds to 2 minutes
  10. How do I begin?
    Visit our website and download the service agreement (pdf) and fill out this form. Otherwise, contact us at 888-463-6412 ext. 7008 and request for assistance on how to sign up.
  11. How do I pay?
    There are two (2) ways to pay your monthly bill
